These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to the text messaging program operated by Iron and Oak Tree Company, doing business as Statement Tree Care.
1. Program Description
Statement Tree Care sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who have requested an estimate and have voluntarily opted in to text messaging. Messages relate to estimate confirmations, appointment scheduling and reminders, crew arrival updates, and follow-up on the tree services you requested. This is a customer care program, not a marketing or promotional program.
2. How to Opt In
You opt in by checking the optional text message checkbox on our estimate request form at statementtree.com, or by texting our published business number at 612-501-0602.
The checkbox is unchecked by default and is not required to submit the form. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving an estimate, purchasing any service, or entering into any agreement with us. You may request and receive service without ever opting in to text messages. If you leave the box unchecked, we will contact you only by phone or email.
3. How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT, or contact us directly to be removed.

5. Message Frequency and Cost
Message frequency varies based on your service request and scheduling. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Supported Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy
We do not sell or share your mobile number or your text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text messaging service itself.
