Do I need to provide the lights?
No. We supply commercial-grade LED lights and all materials as part of the service, custom-cut to fit your home or building. We own, maintain, and store them — so you never deal with tangled strands or burnt-out boxes again.
When should I book?
Early birds get the best install dates. We begin booking in the fall and installing as early as late October (lights stay off until you're ready). Spots fill quickly through November, so the sooner you reach out, the better.
What if a light goes out during the season?
Just call us. In-season maintenance is included — if any part of your display stops working, we'll come out and make it right so it looks perfect all winter.
Will installation damage my roof or gutters?
No. We use professional clips designed for your rooflines and gutters — never staples or nails — and our crews are experienced working on roofs safely and cleanly, with no damage.
Do you take the lights down too?
Yes. Takedown is part of the package. After the holidays we remove everything and store it for you, ready to reinstall next season with a single phone call.
